Your can also download our MJOG app to help you keep up to date with appointments, cancellations and health campaigns at www.mjog.com/messenger.

If you are given a face to face appointment with a doctor, this will be a 10 minute consultation to discuss one problem.

Appointment System – Right Care, First Time

If you telephone or visit the practice for an appointment, the reception staff will navigate you to the most appropriate appointment, whether it is a consultation with a GP by telephone, face to face or an appointment with a specialist nurse, health care assistant or phlebotomist. You will therefore be asked to give brief details of your problem and a contact number.

This system means that you are helped more quickly and need fewer visits to the surgery. The reception staff are also bound by confidentiality, so please do not be afraid to tell them what your problem is. If you prefer not to inform the reception team about your problem, please do use our online options above to book an appointment.
