GP surgeries and health centres across Milton Keynes participate in Protected Learning Time and during that “protected” afternoon when the surgery is closed to patients, staff members have an opportunity to participate in training and development activities.
Protected Learning Time is valued by all staff and is a benefit to patient care.
Parkside works with the Out-of-Hours services when we are closed for this Protected Learning Time.
The practice will be closed for Protected Learning Time which runs from 12.30pm to 5pm on the following dates:

Dr Simpson has taken on a group of students from Buckingham University, the students are in their first or second year will be coming to the surgery once a week to see Volunteer patients with certain conditions. If you would like to be involved please contact reception.
On the 15th March 2018 Parkside will be hosting a musical evening featuring songs from Mamma Mia. Door open at 7.30pm and tickets are only £5.00 in advance or £7.00 on the door all proceeds will be donated to Bone cancer research.
Afternoon tea will be available at an extra change. We also have a range of prizes to be won in our raffle.
